Musiime also founded the Kingdom trust, a non-profit charity organization that provides healthcare, education, social reformation, and relief materials to the needy.
KT is a Non-Profit charitable foundation aimed at fostering spiritual, social transformation and creating economic opportunities for hundreds of less privileged people across Africa.

A vision birthed in 2020 the KT Trust is focused on the mission to enhance opportunities for social and spiritual change through strategic community support that improves health and wellbeing, promote quality education, and broaden economic empowerment opportunities.
The next 10 years are intended to see numerous transformative initiatives with wraparound interventions focusing on education, health and empowerment.
The trust also supports stand-alone projects with the potential for significant social impact.
The trust is reaching out its supportive hand to causes in social welfare, health care and education.
