AREA Uganda promotes ethical standards, drives investment growth, supports research and capacity building, and plays a critical role in policy advocacy and stakeholder collaboration.
Dr. Musiime has championed real estate development and urbanization for over 15 years, establishing himself as a leading voice in the built environment.
He is the Chairman of the Homes Expo Uganda and the proprietor of The Property Show, a premium brand dedicated to promoting real estate investment and market awareness across Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ghana, and Dubai.
He is also a well-known media personality and thought leader, consistently shaping conversations around real estate, smart cities, and Africa’s urban future.
Dr. Musiime is the author of “Real Estate Rethinking: Africa’s Housing Future,” a work that challenges conventional thinking and offers practical insight into Africa’s housing and urban development challenges.
